Job Summary

You will prepare the kitchen and store for daily operations, assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen equipment, and ensure quality food is served to customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize the back-of-house area to ensure readiness for daily restaurant operations
• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking to produce quality food for customer service
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Deliver food items that meet quality standards for customer satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen workflow

Required competencies and certifications

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support restaurant operations
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident status
