Company Description Rise Intervention Programme Sdn Bhd (RISE) is a specialized center that provides Early Intervention Programmes for children on the Autism Spectrum, focusing on holistic development and preparation for mainstream education. The center designs individualized education plans to bridge competency gaps, build confidence, and support sustainable progress aligned with each child’s interaction with their environment. RISE emphasizes equality in educational opportunities, ensuring every child has a chance to learn and thrive. Programmes range from play-based learning for toddlers using toys, activities, and academic materials, to structured early intervention that strengthens communication and gross motor skills while preparing children for mainstream learning settings.
Role Description The EIP Teacher is responsible for delivering early intervention and play-based learning sessions to children on the Autism Spectrum, using individualized education plans and structured teaching methods. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting lessons, facilitating play group activities, supporting communication and gross motor development, and documenting each child’s progress. The EIP Teacher will collaborate closely with other team members and families to ensure consistency of interventions and smooth preparation for mainstream education. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya, requiring regular classroom presence and active engagement with children and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Lesson Planning and Teaching skills to design and implement individualized and group sessions.
- Candidates should possess solid Education and Training skills, ideally with experience in early childhood or special needs education.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood, or related fields are beneficial.
- Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum or in early intervention settings is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, observe behavioral and developmental changes, and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
