Role Overview

We're seeking a dependable, service-minded Call Centre Customer Service Executive to respond to customer queries and deliver professional support through various channels. You'll help customers with general questions, explain policy or membership details, guide them through claims processes, provide status updates on their requests, and offer basic help with our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer queries via phone, email, live chat and other digital platforms.
• Give customers clear, correct information on policy or membership benefits, claims processes and service requests.
• Keep customers updated on the progress of outstanding requests and claims.
• Offer first-level support for customer portals, mobile apps and other digital tools.
• Address customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Manage feedback and complaints with tact and professionalism.
• Refer complex or unresolved matters to the relevant team.
• Liaise with other departments to get updates and close out customer requests.
• Keep customer records and case notes accurate and up to date in the system.
• Work in line with established SOPs, processes and service standards.
• Handle all customer data with accuracy and strict confidentiality.
• Ensure every customer interaction is positive and professional.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
