Position : Solution Advisor

Job description

• To plan and execute sales operation to meet or exceed company goals.
• To initiate pro-active activities so as to escalate value add to clients and ensure good clients’ experience to improve margins.
• To prospect and grow account list, handling incoming leads and closing sales.
• To ensure all solution sold and installed meet clients good experience to provide higher margin and clients loyalty.
• To ensure all sales and clients account documentation including all mandated report are up to date, available and presented on time.
• To collaborate closely with other business unit in cross and up selling to add value to clients.
• To carry other reasonable duties assign by the management from time to time.
• To ensure company’s resources are well utilized and managed for productivity and returns.
• To consistently promote and practice company’s vision and mission statement, core value and culture to maintain excellent work relationship among staffs and clients.
• To manage sales pipeline and prepare timely sales forecast to director.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Civil, BIM, or related field
• Passionate in meeting with people and possess enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses
• Possess life-long learning attitude for continuous self-improvement
• Minimum 1 year working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Fluent in English. Multilingual is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
