About the role

Wise Learning Academy is looking for a committed Lecturer in Business Administration to deliver engaging, practical learning experiences. You’ll teach business subjects, support students’ academic progress and contribute to improving our programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Business Administration subjects using clear, student-centred methods.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments and other academic documents.
• Assess student work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Monitor attendance, progress and learning outcomes; identify students who may need support.
• Support curriculum development and review learning materials.
• Maintain accurate academic records and meet reporting deadlines.
• Participate in academic meetings, programme activities and quality-improvement work.
• Communicate professionally with students, colleagues and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Relevant teaching, training or industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and classroom-management skills.
• Able to prepare academic documents and use common digital learning tools.
• Responsible, organised and supportive of students with different learning needs.
• PhD holders and candidates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
