Sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Must have basic piano-playing skills and basic knowledge of piano or musical instruments.

Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Comfortable following up with customers through WhatsApp and phone.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Interest in music or musical instruments is an advantage.

Ability to play piano is an added advantage.

Attend to showroom and online customer enquiries.

Recommend suitable pianos and musical instruments based on customers' needs and budgets.

Follow up on sales leads through WhatsApp, phone, and other communication channels.

Convert customer enquiries into successful sales.

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

Build relationships with piano teachers, music schools, educational institutions, churches, corporate clients, and other potential partners.

Prepare quotations and coordinate customer orders.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

Participate in promotions, exhibitions, roadshows, and company events.

Maintain proper customer and sales follow-up records.

Work towards individual and team sales targets.
