Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Drive company vehicle (Alphard) to complete scheduled local and regional deliveries, following planned routes and timetables.
• Load and unload light goods safely and Support Director's Family

Vehicle Care & Safety

• Keep the vehicle clean and maintain clean condition.
• Maintain a good driving record and follow road laws and company safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of proven driving experience of Alphard or similar cars.
• Valid driving licence and a clean, verifiable driving record reflecting safe driving practices.
• Prior experience of company car driving 
• Familiarity with local routes and regional travel expectations is preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Safe Driving, demonstrated through a consistent good driving record and adherence to road rules.
• Competence with GPS navigation and smartphone mapping apps for efficient route planning.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, including fluid checks, tyre inspections, and identifying warning signs.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Reliable and punctual, with a clear respect for schedules and time commitments.
• Good communication, Clean attire and hygiene condition.
• Physically able to lift and move moderate loads and to assist with loading when needed.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable to route changes and unexpected delays.

 Hebron Star Sdn. Bhd. is a trading company specializing in importing and distributing Korean food and beauty products. We are seeking a personal driver to support the company Director and their family. The designated vehicle for this role is a Toyota Alphard.

We are looking for a reliable driver who prioritizes safe driving, possesses a polite and professional demeanor, and maintains clean personal hygiene.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM 3,500 / month (negotiable during the interview based on experience and strong hygiene standards)
• Overtime Rate (Weekdays): RM 20 / hour
• Overtime Rate (Weekends & Public Holidays): RM 30 / hour
