We are looking for experienced and results-driven Business Development professionals.

Depending on experience, track record and leadership exposure, successful candidates will be considered at Manager or Director level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development, sales and student recruitment strategies.
• Drive student enrolment, sales, revenue, conversion and business growth targets.
• Identify new markets, student recruitment channels and business opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, education agents, corporate organisations and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and strengthen the student recruitment pipeline from lead generation through conversion and enrolment.
• Lead and support education fairs, roadshows, school visits, corporate engagement and outreach activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Admissions and other internal stakeholders to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs and business targets.
• Prepare business development reports, forecasts, partnership proposals and performance updates.
• Represent the organisation in external meetings, networking events and strategic partnership discussions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Education, Communications or related discipline.
• Manager Level: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, student recruitment or partnerships.
• Director Level: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with proven leadership and team management exposure.
• Strong experience within the education / higher education sector is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving student recruitment, sales, enrolment, revenue or business development targets.
• Experience developing partnerships with schools, education agents, institutions, corporate organisations or other stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel for business meetings, school visits, roadshows, education fairs and recruitment activities.

Salary

Manager: RM6,000 – RM8,000 per month
Director: Up to RM10,000 per month

Salary will be subject to experience, track record and suitability.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
