Diploma or Degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field

Years of Experience: 1–3 years preferred; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Required Language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, formulas, charts and data analysis.

Working knowledge of Power BI or other reporting and dashboard tools.

Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and ability to identify errors, inconsistencies and unusual trends.

Able to work independently, coordinate with different departments and meet reporting deadlines.

Possess own transport and willing to conduct customer or market visits when required.

Collect, organise and analyse sales data, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards.

Conduct market and competitor research, including market trends, customer demand, competitor products, pricing and promotional activities.

Verify sales, supplier, promotional and incentive claims against relevant criteria and supporting documents.

Prepare management presentations, analysis reports and market updates, and coordinate with sales, finance, purchasing and customer service teams.

Participate in customer and market visits, collect feedback and provide recommendations based on market findings and internal sales data.
