Job Summary

As a Merchandiser, your key tasks include:

• Monitor on-shelf availability with disciplined FIFO checks; monitor stock levels proactively and prevent out-of-stocks.
• Remove expired or damaged items promptly and execute stock returns accurately according to company procedures.
• Implement product displays, brand blocks, and secondary displays in accordance with company merchandising guidelines and trade marketing plans.
• Ensure accuracy of shelf labels, price tags, and promotional materials at all times.
• Maintain shelf hygiene, keep shelves and POSM well-organized, and consistently compliant with placement standards.
• Submit daily pharmacies visit reports and competitor feedback via digital reporting tools.
• Escalate store-level risks, issues, and opportunities to supervisors/ internal teams to enable swift action.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum education: SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Knowledge

You bring hands-on reliability with basic stock checks, sharp attention to pricing and expiry dates, and the discipline to follow merchandising guidelines precisely. You communicate well with store staff, are comfortable with field-based work and traveling between stores, and can complete simple digital reports accurately and on time. Responsible and dependable, you learn fast, execute with care, and collaborate as a true team player to keep shelves compliant, displays attractive, and products available.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
