- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, transfer letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR database.
- HR Administration
- Ensure employee records are updated and maintained accurately.
- Monitor probation, contract renewal, and confirmation status.
- Administer leave management and attendance records.
- Recruitment Support
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate arrangements.
- Prepare recruitment-related documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.
- Maintain training records and HRD Corp documentation.
- Monitor mandatory training compliance.
- HR Process & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Participate in HR policy review and SOP development.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement programs, sports activities, wellness initiatives, townhalls, and company events.
- Assist in employee surveys and action plans.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of HR Operations or HR Generalist experience.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and industrial relations practices.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good report writing and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
