About us:
Palgakdo is a semi fine dining Korean BBQ restaurant. We are looking for a Supervisor to lead our team at our AEON Mall Shah Alam outlet.

What we are looking for:
• Malaysian
• At least 3 years in F&B, including 2 years as Supervisor (full-service or Korean BBQ restaurant preferred)
• A good leader who stays calm during peak hours
• Good with guests and able to handle complaints well
• Experience with POS, cash handling and closing reports
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Good Bahasa Melayu and English
• Typhoid injection and food handler certificate before you start (we will guide you if you don't have them yet)

Working Hours:
7.5 hours per day, 6 days per week, with 1 day off per week

What you will do:
• Lead the team on your shift and assign each person's station
• Open and close the outlet, including the cash count and daily sales report
• Train crew on our service standards and table-side grilling
• Make sure every guest gets fast, friendly service
• Handle guest feedback and complaints
• Check food quality, cleanliness and team grooming during your shift
• Help plan staff rosters and keep attendance records accurate
• Do stock checks and help with ordering
• Make sure the outlet follows food safety and hygiene rules
• Report daily to the outlet manager
