Job Scope:

• Answer inbound calls, outbound calls and/or online chats pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback

• Raising issues to next levels related to the company's products if required.

• To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
