About the Roles

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join a company in the printing industry, based in Upper Thomson. This is a permanent position with a 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 6.30pm. The role offers a basic salary of up to $3,300, plus commission and variable bonus, providing opportunities to earn additional income through sales performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to incoming sales leads and customer enquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
• Identify potential customers, develop business opportunities, and secure new accounts.
• Generate sales through prospecting, cold calling, up-selling, and cross-selling activities.
• Track sales performance and adjust strategies based on inventory levels and customer plans.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to meet sales targets.
• Prepare and submit standard quotations and sales proposals to customers.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments, monitor accounts, and collect information relating to customer credit issues.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update information in the Navision system.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma, Degree, or relevant professional qualification.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with the Navision system will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in meeting and interacting with people regularly.
• Professional, responsible, and committed to maintaining integrity at work.
• Sales and product training will be provided.
