Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to support our property and construction operations, handling customer enquiries, coordinating rectification works, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring timely and effective resolution within stipulated timelines.
• Investigate and resolve service issues by identifying root causes, proposing appropriate solutions, coordinating corrective actions, and following up to ensure closure.
• Prepare, compile, and provide regular reports and updates on customer feedback, complaints, and rectification status.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including enquiries, complaints, feedback, and actions taken.
• Liaise closely with project teams and contractors to coordinate rectification and defect works.
• Attend meetings related to defect issues and customer concerns when required.
• Draft and prepare reply letters to customers, consultants, or relevant parties as necessary.
• Maintain good working relationships with sales teams, customers, contractors, and internal support teams.
• Ensure proper filing and tracking of all customer-related documents and correspondence.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service or the property-related industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Independent, proactive, and customer-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of landed properties, township developments, strata properties, and commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of Strata Title Act, Building and Common Property Act, and UBBL will be an added advantage.
• Able to work in Shah Alam (40170), Selangor.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
