Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in electrical, construction, engineering, or project procurement is an added advantage.

Good knowledge of electrical materials and construction-related products is preferred.

Strong negotiation and price comparison skills.

Good organizational and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Able to coordinate effectively with suppliers, project teams, and site personnel.

Source and purchase electrical materials, equipment, tools, and project-related supplies.

Obtain and compare quotations from different suppliers to ensure competitive pricing before placing orders.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other purchasing conditions with suppliers.

Monitor material quantities required for ongoing projects and coordinate closely with the site team.

Track material usage and project progress to ensure purchasing is aligned with actual site requirements.

Monitor inventory and avoid over-ordering or unnecessary purchases that may increase project costs.

Coordinate with suppliers and site personnel to ensure materials are delivered on time.

Maintain proper purchasing records, quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), delivery orders, and invoices.

Work closely with the project/site team to control material costs and minimize wastage.

Perform other procurement-related duties assigned by management.
