Responsibilities

Session Operations

• Run clear pre-game briefings that explain rules, safety steps, objectives, and session timing so every group knows what to expect.
• Coordinate equipment and props before each session, verify condition and completeness, and stage items for fast starts.
• Operate and monitor game systems and props during play to maintain smooth flow and respond to minor technical issues.
• Reset rooms between sessions quickly and accurately to keep the schedule on time and the next group ready.

Guest Experience & Crowd Management

• Engage players with a friendly, confident style that builds energy and encourages repeat visits.
• Manage crowd flow and queuing to reduce wait times and avoid overlap between sessions.
• Provide on-floor assistance during gameplay, answer basic questions, and offer brief coaching to improve enjoyment.
• Handle routine customer inquiries and escalate safety or service issues to supervisors when required.

Safety, Reporting & Upkeep

• Carry out routine equipment and safety checks and report faults or incidents promptly and accurately.
• Enforce safety protocols calmly and intervene when rules are not followed to protect players and staff.
• Support routine cleaning and venue upkeep to keep play areas welcoming and operational.
• Contribute to simple process improvements and repeatable routines during shift debriefs to help the floor run more smoothly.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• No prior experience required; full on-the-job training is provided by Pinnacle Odyssey Sdn. Bhd.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and peak hours with consistent punctuality.
• Comfortable with an in-person, floor-based role at a busy attractions venue and willing to learn venue routines.
• Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and readiness to follow checklists and supervisor directions.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Clear spoken English for briefing and safety instruction; local language skills are a plus for guest interaction.
• Basic comfort using simple control panels, audio systems, or props; willingness to follow technical checklists.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving light equipment, and resetting rooms.
• Comfortable documenting incidents and completing short reports or log entries when required.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Energetic, friendly, and confident when speaking to groups; you put guests at ease and keep sessions upbeat.
• Team player who accepts coaching and helps peers during busy shifts.
• Good situational awareness and calm under pressure when managing crowds or resolving small conflicts.
• Passion for games, entertainment, or customer service is a plus and helps you connect with our visitors.

You will brief players on rules, safety guidelines, and objectives before every session and engage groups with a friendly, energetic style.
