At least IT Certification or Diploma in Information Technology •

Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience.

Provide technical assistance and support areas related to ICT asset information. •

Assist in performing service maintenance and support for ICT assets. •

Assist in updating ICT inventory information and keep track on asset movement. •

Keep track of incident related to ICT assets and services by completing the incident form and helpdesk system in the event of failure. • Assist in preparation of asset disposal/ write-off. •

Provide technical assistance offsite and onsite support to SPTs user related to ICT infrastructure and services.

Provide onsite and offsite technical assistance to SPTS internal user. •

Support SPTS business and Back-Office Application. •

Assist in maintaining the IT Room Equipment and services. •

Assist in equipment installation in all IT Room. •

Assist in housekeeping all IT Room. •

Provide day-to-day operation and activity progress report on all ICT activity.
