Minimum Degree in Marketing/Business/Science related.

Minimum 1 Year in Sales Role. Preferably medical sales experience.

Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required.

Independent, self- discipline and motivated

Positive mindset

Reply enquiries / leads from social media, WhatsApp’s, email and closing the deals by providing quality and professional services

Dealing with customer concerns, through email, WhatsApp’s, phone

Fully understand the product and can serves as product specialist

Develop relationships with customers

Recording customer feedback

Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries

To handle existing accounts for daily / weekly / monthly repeat sales orders.

To develop new potential customer / dealer.

To act as supporting role, to assist company achieve monthly sales target.

Cold calling is not required.

Direct face-to-face interaction with customers is not needed.

Travel is not necessary for this sales position; it will be based in office.

Perform other sales tasks as assigned by superior.
