Looking to move beyondBAU support and be part of a team managing a large-scale, business-critical SAP landscape? We're partnering with a globally established organisation with a strong presence across multiple countries. You'll work on a modern SAP ecosystem spanning S/4HANA, HANA, Fiori, Cloud technologies, and enterprise-scale operations, collaborating with regional stakeholders and technical teams while helping drive stability, performance, and continuous improvement across the platform.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage SAP S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, Fiori, and related SAP platforms in a live production environment.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and health to ensure smooth business operations.
• Handle transports, system refreshes, client copies, upgrades, patching, and technical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support production issues when they arise.
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, database, and security teams across the region.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform reliability and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on SAP BASIS administration and production support experience.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Solution Manager landscapes.
• Good knowledge of transport management, performance tuning, system monitoring, upgrades, and refresh activities.
• Comfortable working with Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori, Cloud Connector, BTP, or hybrid-cloud environments will be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
