A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline Mins

Fresh Graduate also welcome to apply (Junior QS)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders

Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

Familiarity with construction contracts and industry regulations

Assisting with the preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates and budget reports

Supporting the team in contract administration, valuation and payment processes

Analysing and validating cost data, and identifying potential cost savings

Working collaboratively with clients, contractors.

Contributing to the development of procurement strategies and risk management plans

Undertaking site inspections and measurements as required

Maintaining accurate records and project documentation
