Minimum 2 years of working experience in automotive repairs industry

Possess basic reading and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia to comprehend service/repair order

Possess a valid class D driving license

Possess basic computer skills

Assign job to Technicians and inform Service Advisor the finish time

Ensure proper distribution & execution of all repair orders

Ensure job control board is updated in order to maintain synchronization between reception and workshop Job Control Board

To ensure job completion time according to promise time and update Service Advisor on any delay
