Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM Certificate or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• 6 working days
• Manage receiving sticker printing and ensure the required stickers are prepared accurately.

Job Description

• Process incoming invoices and receiving transactions in the system.
• Record traceability sticker receiving accurately in the eWMS system.
• Verify that item details, quantities and expiry dates of received goods are correct and updated accordingly.
• Ensure all goods transferred to the storage warehouse are properly labelled with the required traceability stickers.
• Ensure stock for inter-branch transfers is correctly prepared and loaded according to the required procedures.
• Support the proper implementation and compliance of new systems and related SOPs.
• Provide backup support to the Receiving team when required due to manpower shortages or operational needs.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
