FOH Leadership & Operational Efficiency: Proven track record in a supervisory or senior FOH role, with strong skills in managing table turnover, floor coordination, and POS systems during peak hours.

Strong Communication & Multilingual Skills: Ability to interact warmly and clearly with patrons, handle customer complaints professionally, and communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (local dialects are an added advantage).

Physical Stamina & Agility: Capacity to stand, walk, and direct floor operations for extended shift hours in a fast-paced environment.

Health & Food Safety Compliance: Up-to-date food safety knowledge and possession of (or willingness to obtain) a certified Food Handler Certificate and typhoid vaccination.

Team Management & Problem-Solving: Proactive leadership style with the ability to schedule rosters, onboard junior staff, and resolve floor escalations smoothly.

Shift & Team Leadership: Direct daily floor operations, assign server sections, manage shift briefings, and keep FOH staff coordinated with kitchen pace during peak dining hours.

Service Standards & Customer Escalation Handling: Enforce high service quality, welcome VIP or regular patrons, and resolve customer feedback or complaints promptly to ensure dining satisfaction.

Staff Training & Scheduling: Onboard and mentor new floor crew, conduct training on service etiquette and POS systems, and prepare weekly labor rosters matching customer demand.

POS & Financial Reconciliation: Handle cash register float setup, audit floor transactions, process voids and bill splits, and perform end-of-shift sales balancing.

Health, Safety & Floor Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene standards, oversee continuous table clearance and dining room cleanliness, and verify staff health and safety compliance.
