Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining full-set accounts, including general ledger, AP and ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, and preparation of financial reports.
• Preparation of supporting schedules for month-end closing and reporting.
• Support & Coordinate for the external audit processes by preparing required documentation and schedules.
• Assist in tax-related matters,
• Support statutory submissions and documentation in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls.
• Handle ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, IEAEW or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Exposure to accounting, taxation, and audit processes.
• Familiar with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Able to support month-end closing and reporting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
