1–3 years of experience in property sales is required.

Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for marketing and promotional activities.

Proficiency in Canva, video editing applications and AI tools for creating digital marketing content.

Good understanding of property products and sales processes.

Familiarity with property documentation, SPA procedures and financing processes is an advantage.

Good communication, negotiation and selling skills, both online and offline.

Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to learn and participate in training.

Handle sales enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, social media and other channels.

Follow up with prospective buyers and guide them throughout the property sales process, from initial enquiry to completion.

Promote property developments through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Monitor, analyse and track competitor activities, particularly nearby projects, and regularly report key findings and updates to Management.

Create engaging digital marketing content, including property promotional videos, visuals and social media posts using Canva, video editing applications and AI tools.

Support online marketing activities to generate potential sales leads and convert enquiries into sales.

Monitor sales transactions, including SPA signing and bank approval processes.

Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.

Maintain and upkeep show units and sales galleries.
