What You'll Be Doing

• Promote and sell products to dealers, carpenters, interior design contractors, stockists, and other trade customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through customer visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and increase sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and support business growth.
• Visit dealers, project sites, showrooms, and other relevant locations to promote products and develop new accounts.
• Follow up on project leads and work closely with the Specification Team to convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and lead updates using Salesforce CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and good customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, architectural products, or a related industry.
• Experience in site visits, dealer management, customer acquisition, and business development.
• Experience in retail sales or showroom environments is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and site inspections as required.
