Our client, an International Group of Freight Forwarder Company in Port Klang, is looking for candidates for the position of Documentation Officer to join their in Port Klang office.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of lading, invoices, certificates.
• Check documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with customers, carriers and agents.
• Update documentation systems.
• Resolve routine issues.
• Others duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Certificates or Other relevant field.
• At least possess 1-2 years of working experience om freight forwarding industry.
• Working experience with the knowledge of shipping documentation processes and procedures will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Required Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia

Remuneration Packages

Attractive salary package from RM2,500 – RM3,200, depending on qualification and experiences.
