Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, or other communication platforms
• Update and maintain records in internal systems or spreadsheets (e.g. order logs, inventory records)
• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for shipment tracking and delivery follow-up
• Prepare daily or weekly reports as required by supervisors
• Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders
• Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
• Prepare and tracking payment (utilities, rental, etc... ) & invoices
• Pick, pack, and label products accurately according to customer orders
• Ensure products are packed securely and meet quality standards before dispatch
• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the packing area and warehouse
• Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory management
• Coordinate daily order dispatch and liaise with courier services for timely pick-ups
• Report any damaged, missing, or discrepant stock to the supervisor promptly

Requirements:

Education

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or any related field
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written); Mandarin is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Meticulous, organized, and attentive to detail
• Physically fit and able to handle packing and light lifting tasks
• Positive attitude, fast learner, and willing to take on multi-tasking responsibilities
• Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage but not required
