Job Summary
Starting your career and not sure where to begin? This role provides an opportunity to develop your sales, communication, and leadership skills through practical experience. You will receive training and mentorship while gaining exposure to customer engagement and sales activities.
Responsibilities
Represent assigned brands and engage customers in a professional manner
Develop sales and communication skills through direct customer interactions
Work towards individual and team objectives through focused sales activities
Participate in structured training and coaching sessions
Collaborate with team members and support ongoing team initiatives
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
Willingness to learn regardless of previous experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback
Positive and responsible approach to work
Able to adapt and work effectively in a team environment
