EMS PhysioCare Sdn Bhd is a physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre based in Ara Damansara, Selangor. We provide evidence-based, patient-centred care in musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and geriatric care. Role Description

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.

Responsibilities include:

* Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

* Deliver physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate modalities.

* Monitor patient progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

* Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention.

* Manage daily patient appointments efficiently while maintaining high standards of care and patient satisfaction.

* Maintain clinical equipment, follow infection control procedures, and comply with professional and center requirements.

* Contribute to daily center operations and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Recognized degree in Physiotherapy with valid MAHPC registration

* Good clinical assessment and treatment skills, particularly in musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation.

* Able to work independently, manage patient caseloads, and demonstrate sound clinical judgment.

* Responsible, punctual, organized, and confident in patient management.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.

* Committed to ethical practice, patient safety, confidentiality, and evidence-based care.

* Willing to learn, participate in training, and contribute to team development.

* Previous clinical experience is an advantage; suitable candidates with a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
