Job Overview

• We are looking for a creative, friendly, and responsible individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketer cum Dental Nurse!

• If you enjoy creating social media content and are interested in learning about dental care, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in both digital marketing and the dental industry.

• No prior dental experience is required, as training will be provided!

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• No prior dental experience required; training will be provided.

• Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.

• Mandarin is not compulsory, but the ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu is an advantage.

• Interested in social media marketing, content creation, photography, and video editing.

• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, responsible, punctual, and patient.

• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.

• Interested in both dental care and social media marketing.

Social Media Marketing & Content Creation

• Manage and update the clinic's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.

• Create engaging content related to dental treatments, oral health tips, clinic promotions, and patient education.

• Take photos and videos for social media posts, Reels, and short-form videos.

• Assist with video editing, graphic design, caption writing, and content planning.

• Plan and schedule regular social media posts to increase engagement and brand awareness.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Monitor social media engagement and assist in responding to general enquiries and messages.

• Work with the dental team to develop creative content while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.

Dental Assisting & Patient Care

• Assist dentists during dental treatments and procedures.

• Prepare dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.

• Sterilise and disinfect dental instruments according to infection control procedures.

• Prepare patients for dental treatments and ensure their comfort.

• Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up reminders when necessary.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the dental clinic.

• Handle basic administrative tasks and patient records.

• Monitor and replenish dental supplies and materials when necessary.

• Provide friendly and professional service to patients.

• Competitive salary: RM2000 - RM2500 per month
