Location: Gelang Patah / Iskandar Puteri / Kulai / Sedenak, Johor

What you’ll be doing

• Monitor and troubleshoot GPU servers, CPU servers, network devices, and connectivity issues.
• Perform server installation, replacement, cabling, and system configuration.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor environmental conditions (temperature, access control, etc.)
• Respond to incidents and service requests in a 24/7 environment.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Support documentation, SOP updates, and operational tasks.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in IT support, server/network hardware, or technical maintenance.
• Basic troubleshooting and networking knowledge.
• Data center exposure is a bonus.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage (you'll work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
