Position: Unit Trust Consultant (commission-based, training and licensing support provided)
WJ Dynamics is a team of Unit Trust and PRS Consultants under Gravitation, helping working Malaysians plan for retirement, save on tax and grow their wealth.
We're looking for motivated people to join us as Unit Trust Consultants. No finance background needed. We'll train you.
About the role:
This is a commission-based consultant role. You'll be licensed to provide unit trust and PRS advice and build your own client base, with full support from our team.
What you'll do:
• Meet clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable plans
• Build long-term relationships and provide ongoing service
• Grow your network through referrals, events and social media
• Attend team training and coaching sessions
Who we're looking for:
• Background in sales, banking, marketing or customer service is a plus
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome
• Good communication skills and enjoy meeting people
• Self-motivated, disciplined and willing to learn
