Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify potential clients and candidate pools using job boards, LinkedIn, and social platforms to fill the pipeline.
• Conduct outreach by email, LinkedIn messages, and calls to qualify prospects and schedule discovery conversations.
• Maintain and update CRM entries daily to keep lead status accurate and actionable for the team.
• Coordinate with recruiters to match campaigns to client hiring priorities and adjust outreach priorities.

Campaigns & Content

• Support creation and scheduling of social posts and job ads that communicate role value and attract applicants.
• Help run A/B tests on headlines and descriptions to improve click and application rates.
• Collect basic campaign metrics and propose small optimisations to targeting or copy.
• Work with designers or external vendors to ensure creative assets meet deadlines.

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Prepare simple weekly reports and update KPI dashboards to show pipeline progress and campaign performance.
• Assist with client proposals, follow ups, and meeting preparations to keep deals moving forward.
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing support, calendar coordination, and meeting notes.
• Suggest process improvements that reduce repetitive work and improve team efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree, recent graduate or equivalent entry experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment related roles.
• Approximately 0 years experience expected, open to fresh graduates and career switchers eager to learn.
• Prior part-time work or internships in customer service, telesales, agency, or HR roles is a plus but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and job ad channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and working with spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ability to read simple performance metrics like CTR, conversion rate, and lead volume and report findings.
• Clear written English for client messages, social copy, and basic reporting.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with recruiters, clients, and vendors.
