looking for someone i can train up internally, to help with fulfilment for our clients

i'm looking for people who understand what marketing really is - those who understand on a deep psychological level what makes an audience scrolling, dig into enough pain & resonating with these prospects enough to click and lead to a frictionless purchase

reason for hiring an intern - we don't need a full time hire right now, but will need one down the line as the agency scales. Don't don't want to have to train someone from 0 when that time comes, so down the line an intern will be instantly brought on full time / on a more permanent arrangement when we need someone full time.

context - we run ads for business in singapore, including but not limited to financial consultants, real estate agents, interior design firms, etc. You'll be part of that marketing process, and get to work on adhoc marketing projects too.

position will be fully remote

non negotiables:
- actual media buying experience and have been in the trenches before
- extremely deep understanding of copywriting, and marketing to cold vs warm traffic
- strong business acumen
