About the Roles

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join a Building Materials organization based in Woodlands. This permanent role offers a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm) with a competitive package of basic salary up to $4,000, transport allowance up to $800, and variable bonus opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding business opportunities and strengthening customer partnerships within the construction industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Achieve assigned sales goals and contribute to business growth.
• Represent the company professionally while building strong knowledge of the construction industry.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop potential client relationships within the construction sector.
• Build lasting customer relationships by understanding requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Assess prospective customers and prepare relevant evaluations and analysis.
• Establish and maintain connections with industry stakeholders, including developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Track project developments and provide updates on material needs, forecasts, and requirements.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and business updates with the management team to support planning.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and ensure compliance with agreed terms, including payment timelines.
• Deliver practical solutions that address customer needs and expectations.
• Support customers through product guidance, training, and troubleshooting assistance when required.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
• Ability to use digital tools and systems effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to develop creative solutions for customer needs.
• Possession of own transport will be an added advantage.
