This position is open for Malaysia citizen and 1 year contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects from initial planning and conceptualisation through to completion and handover
• Develop project implementation plans, schedules, milestones and resource requirements
• Establish project priorities and monitor progress against approved timelines and deliverables
• Oversee the development of interior design concepts, space planning, layouts, mood boards, material selections and design proposals
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, M&E consultants and other relevant consultants to ensure design integration and technical compatibility
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates and expenditure forecasts
• Oversee the implementation and execution of interior design works at project sites
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor workmanship, quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Ensure all interior design works comply with approved drawings, specifications, relevant building requirements and applicable regulations
• Prepare regular project progress reports covering design status, construction progress, budget, risks and outstanding issues
