Job Title:
Promoter (Retail) – F.O.R Factory Outlet (Ipoh)

Company Overview:
We are a leading Factory Outlet in Malaysia, offering authentic branded fashion at affordable prices. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Promoter to assist customers, promote our products and support daily sales activities at our Ipoh outlet. If you're a confident communicator who enjoys helping customers find the right products and wants to grow your career in retail, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate products to customers.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with product inquiries.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs.
• Support daily sales activities and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the outlet is clean and organised.
• Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment and inventory checks.
• Support in-store promotions and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Multimedia or related field.
• Experience in retail, sales or customer service is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good knowledge of customer service and team management.
