The role:

Good hiring starts with listening, to the business and to every candidate. You will work alongside our Talent Acquisition Lead and learn how that is done. You’ll start with the groundwork that keeps hiring moving. As your judgement grows, you’ll run first-round screening calls and sit in on interviews.

What you’ll do:

— Sourcing: find candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and our database, and build shortlists for review.

— Job ads: draft and post them, and keep them current across channels.

— Interviews: coordinate them with candidates and hiring managers, including invites, confirmations and reschedules.

— Candidate contact: be a warm, responsive point of contact, so every candidate leaves with a good impression of us, including those we don’t hire.

— Screening: after training and shadowing, run screening calls against agreed criteria and write clear, fair summaries.

— Interviews and debriefs: sit in, take structured notes and contribute your view.

— Records: keep candidate records accurate and help prepare weekly hiring updates.

Who we’re looking for:

— A current student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field. Other backgrounds are welcome if people and hiring genuinely interest you.

— Clear, considerate written and spoken English.

— Organised and dependable: you can track many calendars and follow-ups at once.

— Discreet with confidential information.

— Quick to pick up new tools.

What you’ll take away:

— Hands-on experience of the whole hiring process, end to end.

— Structured coaching in screening and interviewing, with regular feedback.

— A close view of what makes a hire work, and what doesn’t.

— A monthly allowance of SGD 1,200 for 3-6 months
