What We're Looking For

We'd love to meet someone who is:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business or related fields
• Creative, energetic and full of ideas
• Active on social media and understands current content trends
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• Good communication and writing skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Interested in marketing, social media, content creation and real estate

Fresh students with no working experience are welcome!

 What You'll Do

Social Media Marketing

• Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu
• Create engaging social media posts, reels and short-form videos
• Research current social media and content trends

 Telemarketer

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and prospects to introduce our property services and business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads generated through social media, online advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Identify customer needs and arrange appointments for property consultants or the sales team.

Property Marketing

• Assist in promoting property projects and new launches
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Learn how real estate marketing works in the real world

Education & Training Executive

• Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs, workshops, seminars, and internal learning sessions.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and educational content to enhance the knowledge and skills of real estate negotiators.
• Coordinate with trainers, team leaders, and industry professionals to deliver effective learning experiences.
