We are active in managing projects from the arts and culture, events and festivals, population research, and some others.

We are looking to hire a project intern to embark on a fruitful journey to work on some of these projects. We strive to achieve a good rapport as a team and a working culture for everyone's benefit.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Executive (Intern)
Job Description & Requirements:


This position does research-related project works and assists the setup of the research objective, manages key events, and handles administrative and compliance matters for the research. You will be exposed to various aspects of a project to pick up relevant skills.

Specific Responsibilities
  • To assist with the execution of projects in general based on the client's requirements
  • Work closely with the company management and to carry out tasks
  • Create and maintain necessary project management documents (Excel, charts, schedules, and follow up with the external vendor.)
  • Assist with survey methodologies and design of the project.
  • Manage data set and survey operations.
  • Organize, plan, and execute within the timeline of the project. Including data management procedures.
  • Be helpful and learn to manage together as a team. Overall picture vs smaller tasks.

Requirements:
  • Able to work independently after training and to work within the project schedule
  • 5 day/week, 10 am to 630pm. (WFH arrangements will be in place after integrating)
  • Good office environment and near MRT. Local SME, bond and work together.
  • Training will be provided, good job to gain experience.
Competencies
1. Able to learn and understand how the industry works. Work with minimal supervision after training.
2. Engage with stakeholders and conduct internal discussions, able to plan and execute.
3. Good organization skills, meticulousness, and proficiency in Excel.
4. Logic thinking and planning.
Duration of internship:
1. 3 months min (FULL TIME Internship)
