Job Summary :

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes & designing comprehensive learning & development programs our organizational mission and values.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates
• Manage full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
• Build relationships with universities, professional associations, and community networks
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations
• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract mission-driven professionals
• Manage internship and volunteer recruitment programs

General HR Support

• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Assist with performance management processes
• Maintain employees, database, HR policies and procedures
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Contribute to organizational culture development

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources / Psychology or its equivalent and minimum 3 years in related working experiences
• Familiar with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point Added advantage: HRIS
• Fair understanding of IR and Employment Act 1955
• Highly in Professionalism/Integrity
• Flexible and able to multitask
• Can work independently
• Proactive , able to advice and propose sound decision
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
