Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Animal Science, Zoology, Wildlife, Veterinary, Tourism or related fields is an advantage.

Possess a valid driving license and able to drive a company van is preferred.

Passionate about animals and comfortable working with different types of animals.

Must not have allergies to animals.

Willing to perform cleaning and maintenance duties.

Responsible, hardworking and observant.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Comfortable interacting with visitors.

Previous experience in animal care, zoo, pet, farm or related industry is an advantage.

Provide daily feeding, watering and general care for animals.

Clean and maintain animal enclosures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

Monitor animal health and behavior and report any concerns.

Assist with animal enrichment and welfare activities.

Maintain daily feeding, health and observation records.

Assist with animal handling, transfers, quarantine and veterinary procedures under supervision.

Support zoo maintenance, landscaping, facilities and exhibit areas.

Keep animal and visitor areas clean, safe and well-maintained.

Assist with visitor education and provide basic information about animals.

Follow animal welfare, health, safety and operational procedures.

Assist with events and other zoo activities when required.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
