Requirements

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to take a key role in building and growing the business. This is a hands-on position with significant autonomy, where you will be responsible for developing the market, building a business team, establishing operational processes, and driving the business towards sustainable profitability.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Team Building & Leadership

• Recruit, train, lead, and manage a professional business development team.

• Set team objectives, establish effective processes, and drive performance towards business targets.

• Coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and overall business goals.

Business Development & Growth

• Identify new market opportunities and develop effective business development and sales strategies.

• Expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities.

• Build, negotiate, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

• Drive revenue growth and identify opportunities to expand the business.

Business & Operational Management

• Take ownership of business performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.

• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Make independent business decisions and proactively resolve challenges.

• Take the business from initial setup through to stable and sustainable profitability.
