Job Description:

• Develop traffic management plans that comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, taking into consideration road conditions, traffic volumes, and the needs of all road users.
• Ensure that traffic management plans are communicated effectively to stakeholders, client, including contractors, workers, and the public.
• Supervise the replacement and removal of traffic control equipment, including barriers, signs, and traffic lights, to ensure that they are installed correctly and meet safety standards.
• Ensure that equipment is maintained and repaired as necessary.
• Conduct monthly inventory inspection for materials / equipments of project.
• Supervise the use of traffic control equipment, ensuring that it is used correctly and safely.
• Provide training to workers on the proper use of traffic control equipment and the materials relating to the work carried out.
• Monitor the effectiveness of traffic management plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that they remain effective.
• Conduct regular reviews of traffic management plans and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• To monitor the activities of the employees related to traffic management and improve the safety and level of service.
• Oversee all of the movement of the traffic control project managed by the company.
• To prepare and implement emergency procedures and to ensure that they meet the requirements established by any health and safety policy of the company / client.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Traffic Management Safety Report (TMSR), detailing any incidents or near misses that have occurred.
• Provide recommendations for improving safety in future traffic management plans.

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience in traffic management or related field.
• Experience in designing and implementing traffic management plans is preferred.
• Experience in supervising and training traffic controllers is preferred.
• Experience in infrastructure highway is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid TMO Certificate (Traffic Management Officer) with CIDB
• Applicants must be able to work in Bukit Raja, Klang.
• Applicants must be able to work on Saturday (8AM - 1PM).
