The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting sales growth by engaging with prospects and customers, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

This role focuses on executing daily sales activities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting assigned sales targets under the direction of the Head of Sales. A high level of self-discipline, responsiveness, and consistency in follow-ups is required to succeed in this role.

Job Description:

• Implement sales activities to meet assigned targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects.
• Actively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up consistently until closure.
• Maintain daily sales activity (calls, visits, follow-ups).
• Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline.
• Ensure timely response to management and customer communication.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities and events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Sales or management.

Job requirement:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in the commercial vehicle or related industries (e.g. prime mover/truck/trailer sales, spare parts, lubricants for logistics industries).
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales may be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Must be responsive and reachable during working hours.
• Able to maintain consistent daily sales activity and follow-ups.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability in completing assigned tasks.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
