Assist the photography team in capturing high-quality photos of guests and memorable experiences.
Support photographers in guiding guests with poses and creating attractive photo compositions.
Assist with photography equipment setup and handling, including cameras, lighting, and other accessories.
Support basic photo editing and post-processing to enhance image quality.
Assist in promoting and explaining photo packages, offers, and services to guests.
Gain hands-on exposure to different operational roles, including roving photographer, photo editor, cashier (Viewing Order Station), and sales assistant.
Assist with photography content for site promotions and marketing activities when required.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests.
Follow site rules, safety procedures, and company guidelines, including respect for guest privacy and cultural sensitivities.
Support daily site operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Photography, Multimedia, Creative Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, willing to learn, and customer-service oriented.
Creative and interested in photography, visual content, and guest experiences.
Comfortable working in different environments, including indoor, outdoor, and water-based locations.
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts where required.
Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
