We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to oversee our daily financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling a full set of accounts, and preparing timely monthly financial statements. The ideal candidate ensures full compliance with local regulatory frameworks and standard accounting practices.

Core Responsibilities

• Full Set Accounting: Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and financial statements.
• Reconciliations: Perform accurate bank, supplier, and inventory statement reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Compliance & Taxation: Manage local statutory requirements, including corporate tax filings, SST/GST submissions, and audit schedule preparations.
• External Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary corporate contact for internal and external auditors, tax agents, and corporate banks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Strong proficiency in corporate accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of local financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax structure

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
