Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates and candidates with one year of experience will also be considered.
Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks and able to interpret technical drawings.
Able to prepare proposals for improvement or automation projects.
Proficient in AI Tools and able to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with ISO 13485 medical device requirements, is an advantage.
Experience using AI agents for work is an advantage.
2. Job Responsibilities
Prepare QRF costing worksheets, including drawing reviews, material specifications, layout and yield calculations, process development, cycle time, and machine or tooling selection.
Coordinate projects against approved schedules, report progress, and track objectives, costs, results, and KPIs.
Support the sales team in addressing customer requirements and help develop solutions for new products.
Assess the manufacturability of new parts and projects.
Test and improve processes to reduce cycle time, cost, and material waste while increasing machine capability and throughput.
Work with Quality Assurance to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
